Partner terms

1. Who we are

These terms are between you (the partner) and Squaremetry (sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), KvK 98353810, Arnhem). You join after we approve your application.

You get 25% of the net revenue of every customer you bring. Net revenue is what the customer paid, without VAT or sales tax and without the fees of our payment provider.
Commission is paid on every payment of that customer for 12 months after their first payment. After that, the customer stays ours and earns you nothing more.
A commission counts 14 days after the payment. If the payment is refunded, withdrawn or charged back within that time, it earns nothing.

A customer is yours when they open your personal link and then make a new Squaremetry account. We do not use cookies for this: the code travels in the link and is put on the account once.
Only new accounts count: made less than 30 days before they came through your link, and without an earlier payment. One account has one source: the first link wins.

Using your own link, or bringing accounts of yourself, your household or your own company.
Ads that bid on the name Squaremetry or spellings of it, or ads that look like they come from us.
Spam, fake reviews, misleading claims (such as discounts we do not give or "official" claims) and hiding the link in a way the visitor cannot see.
If you break these rules, we may pause or end the partnership and withhold commission that came from the breach.

We pay monthly by bank transfer or PayPal, once you have at least €50 approved. Below that, it carries over to the next month.
You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are a business, we may ask for an invoice or your VAT number before paying.

You and we may end the partnership at any time, by e-mail. Approved commission of at least the minimum is still paid; commission that is not approved yet lapses.
We may change these terms with 30 days notice by e-mail. If you do not agree, you can stop.

We use your name, e-mail address and payment details only to run the partnership and pay you. You see numbers only, never who your customers are.
Dutch law applies.
