Does the report follow ANSI Z765?
Yes. In ANSI mode every room gets a status, the GLA is calculated from the outside walls, and below-grade and garage areas are shown on their own lines.
Can I put my own logo on the report?
Yes, with Pro. Your logo and contact details go on every page of the report and on every export.
Can I trace an existing floor plan?
Yes. Upload a photo or a PDF of the plan, set the scale with one length you know, such as a door, and trace the walls.
Does it work offline on a tablet?
Yes. Once the editor has loaded you can keep drawing without a connection. Your plan stays on the device until you save it to your account.
Is there a plan for a whole brokerage?
Yes. Team is $69 a month or $399 a year for 5 people. Each extra person is $12 a month or $69 a year, up to 20 people in total. Everyone gets everything in Pro, plus a shared house style, templates, your own furniture library and buyer links.
How much does it cost?

Do I need an account?
No. You can draw and see every area without one; your plan stays in this browser. Sign in when you want to keep a home in your account or share it.
Can I export my floor plan?
Yes, as PNG, SVG or a PDF to scale, and as a square footage report with the rooms and the rule behind each number. Free is a small PNG with a watermark; the full files come with an unlocked home or Pro, and your first home is free.
Does a garage count as square footage?
Not in the gross living area. A garage is not finished living space, so ANSI Z765 reports it separately, like a porch or a deck.
Can I measure in square meters?
Yes. Switch the units to meters and every length and area follows. Type 4.2 x 3.5 or 420 x 350 cm.
