No. Your first home is free for 30 days, without a card. After that you pay $5 per home, or take Pro from $24 a month.

Drawing, every number and 3D stay free, and you can always export a small PNG with a watermark. To export without the mark, pay $5 per home or take Pro. Your plans stay yours: you can always open them and download the plan file.

You can draw as much as you like. Pro includes 15 new homes a month. Team includes 75 for 5 people, plus 15 for each extra person. A home counts once: exporting or downloading it again is free, also later. Drawing and exports with the small mark never count. Need more in a month? One more home is $4, 5 more are $15, or take Team. Before you export, the editor tells you what is left, for example "3 of 15 new homes left this month in your plan." It never stops an export halfway. Unused homes do not carry over to the next month: the count starts again on the 1st of every calendar month. 5 more homes count only in the month you buy them.

A home with the measurement report is $7.50: the home for 30 days, plus the professional measurement report under the Dutch measuring instruction and the FML file for Funda. Already unlocked the home? You pay only the difference, $2.50. The indicative report stays free, with the small mark. Pro and Team include the measurement report.

Yes, in a few clicks from Settings, or without signing in on the page "Cancel your subscription here" at the bottom of every page. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and your homes stay in your account.

Yes. The plans and reports you export are yours to use, in a listing, a brochure or an appraisal.

PNG, SVG and a PDF to scale, the square footage report with the rule behind each number, and the plan file itself.

With ANSI Z765 mode in Pro, the report shows the gross living area the way the standard measures it: from the outside walls, above grade, with the rooms that do not count on their own lines. Squaremetry follows the standard; it does not certify a measurement.

Yes. In Settings, Plan and billing you find your personal invitation link. When someone makes an account through it and pays for Pro, Team or a home, you both get one month of Pro, 14 days after that payment. Already on Pro or Team? Then the month comes off your next bill. At most 12 months a year, and inviting yourself does not count.

Team is $69 a month or $399 a year for 5 people. Each extra person is $12 a month or $69 a year, up to 20 people in total. Everyone gets everything in Pro, plus a shared house style on exports and view links, team templates, a team furniture library and buyer links. Team includes 75 new homes a month, plus 15 for each extra person.

Nothing is deleted. Your homes stay in your account: you can open them, see every number and export a small image with a watermark. The last paid version of each home stays downloadable without the mark, in the formats you paid for then (PNG, PDF, SVG, DXF and IFC), for as long as your account exists. A new version needs an unlocked home or Pro again. Paid features, such as the house style of a team, stay stored but read-only until you take a plan again.

No. There are no credits to buy. We count homes. Drawing, every area and a small PNG with a watermark need no account; a full export is $5 per home. A failed AI proposal does not count.

Free, without paying: drawing, every measurement, the m² under the norm and 3D. Without an unlocked home, an export is a small PNG of 800 × 450 pixels with a watermark. PDF, SVG, DXF, FML, IFC, HD and 4K and the measurement report come with an unlocked home, Pro or Team.

No. Your plans are not used to train AI, unless you switch on Help improve detection yourself; it is off by default. An AI action sends only what it needs to an AI provider outside the EU, which does not train on it.

Yes, for non-commercial education. Students, teachers and schools get the Pro features for one year, on request with a school email address. We check every request by hand, and every export carries an "Educational use" mark. See the Education page.
