What happens to my plans if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. When Pro or Team ends, every home stays in your account: you can open it, see every number and export it with the small Squaremetry mark. Paid features stay stored but read-only until you take a plan again, and you can download or delete everything at any time.

Your data, your choice

Download all your data as one zip file (your homes, versions, photos and files, links, account details and payment records), or delete your account: you are signed out everywhere at once, and the account is erased for good 30 days later.

Can I cancel Pro at any time?

Yes, in a few clicks from Settings, or without signing in on the page "Cancel your subscription here" at the bottom of every page. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and your homes stay in your account.

Can I take my plans to another program?

Yes. Export PNG, SVG, PDF or DXF, or download the plan file itself. The format is open, so your plans are not locked in.
