In short: Do you train AI on my floor plans?
- No training on your plans without your own choice
- Detect walls and reading dimensions run in your browser
- An AI action sends only what it needs
- Saved plans are stored in the EU
What leaves your device, and when
| What you do | What is sent | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Draw, type rooms, trace, Detect walls | Nothing | Stays in your browser |
| Save a home to your account | The plan and any files you attach to it | Our servers in the EU |
| Plan from a description (AI) | Your description | The AI provider, for that one request |
| Plan from a sketch or photo (AI) | The sketch you choose; we do not store it | The AI provider, for that one request |
| Change the plan with a sentence (AI) | Your sentence and the room names, types and areas | The AI provider, for that one request |
Every promise, in full
Detect walls and reading the dimensions run in your browser. Until you save to your account, the image you trace stays on your device.
Your plans are not used to train AI. The one exception is your own choice, Help improve detection, which is off until you switch it on; you can remove what you shared at any time.
An AI action sends only what it needs: your description, the sketch you choose, or for a change the room names, types and areas. We add no name or address, and we do not store the sketch.
The AI provider handles that one request outside the EU and, under its commercial terms, does not train on it.
Plans you save to your account are stored on servers in the EU.
Help improve detection
This choice is in the Trace panel and stays off until you tick it. With it on, and only when you save the home to your account, a corrected tracing is kept as an example to make Detect walls better. Remove what I shared takes it all away again.
