What are these floor plans?

170 example plans for common home types, drawn by the Squaremetry team. None is a real home and none has an address.

How are the areas measured?

Each room is measured inside its walls. The total of a house is measured to the outside of the exterior walls, the way ANSI Z765 does it, and a garage is kept apart.
